Yeah Baby!!

Hi everyone
And welcome!

I have been lucky this weekend in having 3 days off work due to a
public holiday here in Western Australia.  I managed to do heaps of creating - making 7 different designs of cards - so I will be showcasing one card a day for the next 7 days.

This is also a challenge that has been set by Kylie Bertucci in
her Aim for Alaska facebook group.  I'm always up for a challenge and I feel it gets you creating more than you normally would (well it worked for me!!!)

So here is the first of my designs this week:
(inspired by UK demonstrator
Teri Pocock)

This was so fund to create - and I mixed a bit of old and new together.
The card base is Crumb Cake cardstock and I have layered this with Pool Party cardstock and a Pool Party print from the Subtles Designer Series Paper stack.
I then stamped the bear image from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set
and punched out with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch.
I mounted this on a Whisper White oval and Pool Party scalloped oval which
I made with the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies.
The sentiment is from Happy Happenings stamp set, stamped in Pool Party ink and punched out with the Designer Label punch (retired).

I did 3 colours in this design -
Marina Mist for baby boy, Blushing Bride for baby girl and
Pool Party for baby surprise (above). On the baby boy card I added a little bow tie and a pink bow for the baby girl card.
