Just Because - Strawberry Sketches #SS005

Hi everyone from Perth, Western Australia. I am really excited to be playing along with Strawberry Sketches - this is my first week, eeek!  Thanks so much to Sarah Berry for the open invitation  :)

I haven't been participating in sketches/challenges for that long - in fact I have only had my blog up and running since July this year.  So I am hoping my creation stands up for the challenge.

Here is the sketch we are working with this week:

And here is my creation:

I decided to turn the sketch and go for a landscape card rather than portrait.  I settled on a 6" x 4" card and used Dapper Denim card stock for the base, then matted with Sweet Sugarplum and Whisper White Thick.

The images and sentiment are from Vertical Greetings stamp set and stamped using Dapper Denim, Sweet Sugarplum and Flirty Flamingo ink pads.
I just added a few dimensionals to raise the layers a bit and hey presto!!   I am really please how this turned out.

Below is a list of products used to create this project.

Thanks so much for stopping by to take a look.

Leisa xx
